DRAWING UNITS

• The first drawing unit is composed of two large diameter siliconized rubber covered rolls; suitable for the unwinding of high and low thickness foam rolls.
• The second drawing unit is composed of two large diameter siliconized rubber covered rolls and will be equipped with a separate brake and clutch to be used when laminating very thin elastic materials or slitting narrow widths.

UPPER UNWIND 

• The upper unwind is to keep the single sided tape to be transferred. Manual web guide left & right.
• The unit is composed of a 3" removable pneumatic shaft and brake.

LOWER UNWIND 

• The lower unwind is to keep the single sided tape to be transferred. Manual web guide left & right.
• This unit is fitted on a removable trolley and fixed with pins.
• The unit is composed of a 3” removable pneumatic shaft and brake.

HEATING UNIT 

• The heating unit is equipped with three individual infrared lamps with temperatures ranging from 0-700 degrees Fahrenheit, which is ideal when laminating heat-activated adhesives.

SLITTING UNIT 

• One heavy-duty scissor cut slitting unit with 120MM OD blades and counter-blades. (Minimum Slit Width of 2")

REWIND UNIT 

• The rewind unit is driven and is composed of one station for the axial unwinding of the master logs. Switch for rewinding CW or CCW.
• Tension adjustment for precise tension control.
• One 3" removable pneumatic shaft.
