MITEC-T 500

500 SERIES
The MITEC-T 500 series is the most complete of all series, allowing almost complete control of the working operations. It simplifies the operator's work and facilitates the operation with the textile, giving the best results. It can perform the operations of the 100 and 300 series without options, automatically and some of them with electronic regulation:

- Assemblies and reinforcements: The fabric positioning device is part of the upper assembly, which simplifies the work with the fabric, allowing to work on the upper part without obstruction.

- Folding / pocket: Electronic fabric positioner and pocket, adjustable by screen and with the possibility of setting "offsets" in the case of variable fabric weights.

- Tunnel: It is possible to make tunnels, the electronic control of the stop and the work by means of the upper assembly allow to make tunnels easily and of different sizes. 

General characteristics (standard):

Available sealing lengths: 4 - 6 - 8.4 or 12.4 meters (16.5 - 20 - 28 or 41 feet).
Available seal widths: 6, 8, 10, 12, 19, 24 millimeters (1/4", 1/3", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" or 1").
OPTION Welding width from 25 to 40 mm available on 3 m long machines.
Side opening (access to the folded area).
10" color touch screen.
LED lighting of the working area.
Programming and control of the following parameters:

Control of the heating and cooling time of the sealing bar.
Control of the temperature of the sealing bar by means of probes (ºC/ºF).
Edition of welding programs, display of temperature graphs and visualization of parameters.
Preheating function to obtain a constant temperature and thus improve the quality of consecutive welds.
Creation of work groups (sequences of work programs to be executed automatically).
Electric backgauge (servo-controlled) to adjust the position of the fabric and accessories.
Automatic front stop to adjust the position of the fabric (assemblies) (manual adjustment).
Automatic folding system with electric pocket size adjustment (with frequency variator and rotary encoder) (pocket sizes from 25 to 90 mm).

Tools included:

Magnets (2 units per meter of machine).
Cylinders on the sealing bar with double guide for better stability.
Quick change system of the sealing bar.
Possibility to work with different welding widths (with the same transformers).
Safety barriers connected to the safety automaton (approved safety elements).
Pneumatic safety valve.
Operational activation by foot switch.
Air pressure 6 bar.
400 / 230 THREE-PHASE.
