MITEC-T 300

300 SERIES
The MITEC-T 300 series is a line that offers a wide range of work possibilities. It is an automatic pulse welding machine on which it is possible to perform tasks such as assembling, edging, hemming and zipping. A wide range of options takes this machine to the next level in terms of performance.

General Specifications (Standard):

Available seam lengths: 2, 3, 4, 4, 5 or 6 meters (6.5 - 10 - 13 - 16.5 - 20 feet).
Available seam widths: 6, 8, 10, 12, 19 or 24 millimeters (1/4", 1/3", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" or 1").
OPTION Welding width from 25 to 40 mm available on 3 m long machines.
7" color touch screen.
Front and rear fabric chutes.
LED lighting of the work area.
Programming and control of the following parameters:
Control of the heating and cooling time of the sealing bar.
Control of the sealing bar temperature by means of probes (ºC/ºF).
Preheating function to obtain a constant temperature and thus improve the quality of subsequent welds. 
Editing of welding programs, display of temperature graphs and visualization of parameters.
Creation of work groups (sequences of work programs to be executed automatically).
Automatic pocket folding device (manual pocket size adjustment, dimensions 18-80mm).

Tools included:

Manual stops (for making assemblies) (1 unit per meter of machine).
Magnets (2 units per meter of machine).
Quick change system for welding tools.
Possibility to work with different welding widths (with the same transformers).
Safety barriers connected to the safety PLC (approved safety elements).
Pneumatic safety valve.
Operational activation by foot switch.

**The electronic pressure control system allows to adjust the pressure at each moment of the work performed and to visualize the pressure graphs according to time (ideal for complicated textiles).
