New: Maximum process control
All relevant process parameters (such as airflow, pressure, temperature and speed) can be programmed and stored via the touch screen. The new 3D axis nozzle position of the new PFAFF 8333 provides the final missing link for unique process control

Differential feed for superior sewing quality
Two separate drive motors for the upper and lower feed roller ensure optimum adaptation to operation (e.g. smooth seams or fullness for formed parts)

New: Ribbon cutter with separate drive
Cutting the sewing tape is no longer necessary (welding from the beginning of the tape), resulting in a considerable reduction in the amount of tape used. The tape cutter is electronically controlled, with a precision setting for exact adjustment. It can now handle widths from 8 to 30 mm.

Maximum production - Less use of materials
20% increase in productivity compared with other tape welding machines. Up to 15% reduction in the amount of ribbon used compared with standard machines

Variable post and roller concept
Focus on the customer's application! Variable post concept (25, 28 and 32 mm post widths and post positions such as front post, vertical post and rear post - depending on the operation). Several roller diameters available: 45 mm for standard operations, 25 mm for footwear and automotive applications (narrow curves)

New: Small 25 mm diameter post
Small pole with central belt drive for applications with very small radii
