We are happy to announce the acquisition of the EPS CONFECTION activity dedicated to the supply of sewing and welding equipment and cutting tables for the sectors linked to technical textiles and solar.
This acquisition allows the DOREY GROUP to continue its development and to reinforce its position as leader in the sector of cutting and assembly of flexible and semi-rigid materials.

The SAS EPS, family and independent company anchored nationally had created the branch EPS CONFECTION in 1999 and which will take today a new dimension by joining the DOREY GROUP.
In the current context, this merger will allow EPS CONFECTION customers to benefit from the impeccable quality of service of the DOREY GROUP teams but also to develop a high level of equipment.
For the customers who join today the DOREY GROUP, this change will be transparent:
- DOREY will ensure jointly with EPS the technical follow-up of the materials under guarantee.
- EPS already works jointly with DOREY on the transmission of the history of the sold equipments.
- DOREY will ensure from now on the maintenance and the follow-up of the materials out of guarantee.
